1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BlomJacobsen's AI receptionist platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BlomJacobsen provides an AI-powered voice receptionist platform that answers phone calls, books appointments, and handles customer inquiries on behalf of your business. The Service includes a web dashboard for configuration and analytics.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Use the Service to make unsolicited or spam calls
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the AI models

5. Pricing & Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected during signup. Prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and are exclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by BlomJacobsen. You retain ownership of your data, including call recordings and business information you upload.

8. Limitation of Liability

BlomJacobsen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
